How does My Sins Are My Savior end on the 12-track version?

It seems that unless you purchase a physical 12-track version of Confessions II, you'll only ever hear My Sins Are My Savior finish with the piano flourish into Betrayal as part of the 16-track version, but I'm curious to know how it ends as the final track of the album on the 12-track version, and how the production differs. If anyone can describe, or if anyone has an audio of it to share, I'd love to know.
