Swelling in third trimester

Anyone else swollen down there? Especially after sex.

I’m 31 weeks, my partner and I had sex a few hours ago and I noticed I felt super uncomfortable afterwards.. I’ve only just looked and jesus christ it’s genuinely like I’ve been stung by a wasp 50x down there. Never in my life have I had to sit with ice in between my legs, but hey ho. Has this happened to anyone else and it’s normal and I had no idea about this?
