No Laughing at the back, Bordeaux

So what is that flavour sometimes with a Bordeaux it’s just intense greatness.

So just now I’m drinking a Merlot dominant Château Fourcas-Borie, Listrac 2016. Ok plum I get it.

Now for example the Capbern was Cab Sav, I get it.

But sometimes you open a Bordeaux and once it’s opened up it’s a different flavour profile from these two. Chateaux Pindefluers had it. It’s very distinct what is it I like?
