I thought "privacy is a myth" is just a myth until today π
So I'm still a student but came to a different city to do some internship. Basically our clg is in city outskirts so I can't go out during my college days as there's nothing much. I thought now I can explore this new city. So today I've been to some other place with my roommate to buy some novel and have snacks.
Now I called my parents as usual, my dad asked where were you in the evening? Not in office and not in pg. Broo I'm shocked, he later said he has my live location.
My mom then scolded me saying, I'm acting like a new "city" person by going out and having food outside and spending money recklessly.
I never asked my parents anything in my life idk why, I started earning some money so I'm spending it on me.
Am I wrong?? I know my parents don't want me to waste money but just venting it out
