Awol for a batter future

❓General Question / Advice

Hello Guys! Badly need help here!

sent a resignation letter last week because I really want to start focusing on NCLEX and mostly NMAT for this October examination. I said that I want immediate release because of so much things to handle and I can’t do both while working and studying.

Considering that the workplace is no good to me anymore. Mostly the seniors, or simply my workmates. The workplace is just infested with these so called “healthy” environment, yet continue to judge, toxic, and purposely make things hard for you. Btw just in for 4 mos. Crazy exp.

So it has come to my decision that: I want to leave as in NOW, to start on NCLEX and NMAT; as well as my other responsibilities in life. I was able to bargain 15 days of rendering instead of 30, but this is not enough to regain back my focus to study, and for me to waste a month of review while dealing with so much family complations and work drama.

It has also crossed my mind that I have to talk to my HR or supervisor once again about this, but if they really do not allow. Sooooooooo…. I might go AWOL.

I becoming so anxious with this… can I still get hired to hospitals her in PH when I go AWOL? How about when I apply abroad as a nurse also? What can affect me in the future? Will I still be able to get a COE so I can present something for my future travels? really need advice and tips.

Give me the most unhinged stories or advices regarding AWOL as a nurse here in ph huhu

Thank you so much huhu faaaaah
