My sprite was extracted but i don’t know how

I was chasing down a player when they threw or shot an item that exploded like a firework before i got a notification that my sprite had been successfully extracted even though it was on my back and i wasn’t at an extraction site or holding a portable extractor. Is this a glitch or some item that a dont know about?
