Selling after buying and taking a loss?

Has anyone ever sold shortly after buying and taken a loss? Was it worth it?

House we bought feels too overwhelming and big. Selling could cost us 100k due to fees and such. Is happiness worth that?? Or is it more likely I’ll grow to like the house if I stick it out?
(Must be how people feel when they marry the wrong person!)
