Delivering alcohol

I live in the state of Oregon. I looked up the Oregon laws and it doesn’t seem like there is any liability in regards there unless I’m a bartender serving drinks and I read through Instacart policy and it didn’t seem to say much, does anyone know if there is any liability to delivering alcohol to alcoholics? Like what/where is the cut off? How does one go about knowing when to not or is that for us to even judge? Seems like it could be dangerous…
