Anyone have experience with Amazon's Internal Inclined Talent Pipeline (ITP) after an L4 interview?
I recently completed the interview process for an internal L4 IT Support Engineer I (OTS) position at Amazon. I passed the phone screen and loop interview and received an inclined decision. A couple of weeks later, I received another email saying that I have been added to the Internal Inclined Talent Pipeline (ITP) because they are not able to extend an offer at this time. The email says my incline is valid for 12 months and that I can be matched to future IT Support Engineer I openings without another interview.
Has anyone been in this situation before?
Did you eventually receive an offer for the original position?
Or were you matched to a different site through the ITP?
How long did it take before you were contacted or received an offer?
I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience.
