My portable Seasons AC unit won't work after trying everything

So my mom gave me a portable ac from the brand Seasons because I have Bay Windows, and it's been 86 degrees in my house ever since the big heat wave. It maybe went down a few degrees just a little bit.

When I plug in my ac unit, I push reset, and the top shows how many degrees flashes green zeros and beeps and automatically shuts off. I know for a fact that it's getting enough power from the wall because I've had stronger units plugged into it. I cleaned out a large amount of dust from the vent after taking its whole back off. I pulled the plug to drain the water that I heard in my unit, but nothing was coming out. I tried to see if the ac unit was clogged near the drain by cleaning it, and nothing came out. Online, it says that the sensor will shut off the machine if there's too much water, but nothing won't come out. I've hard reset the machine. I have literally tried everything I can do. I googled everything, trying to find an answer before coming on here to help.

Does anyone have a suggestion or a better idea on how to make my ac stay on?
