I built a streaming music store for full songs, artist worlds, comments, and alternate versions
I’ve been building SoulSynce, a music platform for people who want more than short clips and disposable feeds.
The idea is simple: full songs should have a place to live. On SoulSynce, artists can publish songs, create Artist Worlds, add alternate versions, and let listeners comment, discover, share, and eventually own tracks directly.
It’s in pre-beta, but the core platform is live now:
- streaming previews
- song pages
- Artist Worlds
- comments
- alternate versions
- search/discovery
- share links
- early admin/artist tools
Here’s one working song page if anyone wants to test the experience:
https://soulsynce.com/share/song/6a4050ba48d96f1e73d78bc7
I’m looking for honest feedback, especially:
- does the concept make sense?
- would artists understand Artist Worlds and versions?
- what would make you register after hearing one preview?
Built with React, Node, MongoDB, and a lot of late nights.
