Which should I choose: ITC Infotech (4.25 LPA, Bangalore) or HCLTech (3.75 LPA, Madurai) for long-term career growth??

I'm a 2026 graduate and I've two options:

• ITC Infotech
  • CTC: ₹4.25 LPA
  • Location: Bangalore
• HCLTech
  • CTC: ₹3.75 LPA
  • Location: Madurai (my hometown)

I'm honestly confused about which one to choose.

The salary difference isn't that huge, but my main goal isn't just the package. I want to become a really strong software engineer, build solid technical skills, and eventually switch to a good product-based company after gaining some experience.

I'd love to hear from people who've worked at either company.

• Which company has better training for freshers?
• Which one gives better projects and technical exposure?
• How's the work culture and learning environment?
• Which one would help me grow more in the first 2–3 years?
• If you were in my position, which one would you pick and why?
