Looking for expat-friendly professionals to help with buying property in Turin

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to purchase my first home in Turin and I’m looking for recommendations for professionals (with some English speaking) who are experienced with foreign residents.

This includes mutuo advisor (experience with foreign income cases if possible), Notaio, Geometra and any other professionals you’d recommend.

I’d also be interested in hearing about expats experiences dealing with Italian banks, in particular with foreign income and if anyone had success dealing directly with the bank.

Australian citizen living in Turin (resident)
Valid Italian remote worker residence permit
Employed by an Australian company
Italian codice fiscale obtained
