Single dose of 100 mg 5 htp window

So as the tittle suggests a single dose of 100 mg 5 htp gives a good window with great genital sensation . I rubbed it till i had blue balls and lower back pain . But desire seemed flat somewhat but mood felt great . But unfortunately subsequent doses crashes me back again , also results in watery belly and high homocysteine but i dont know but my theory is that once 5 htp starts clearing out of the system and serotonin drops ,dopamine competes and comes roaring back or maybe it is serotonin receptor activation after some desensitisation! I also feel a single dose 2 or 3 days later but with diminishing returns .desire was great during recreational use of mdma , haven’t felt like that in a while i mean years now . What do you guys think it is ? Please comment if you guys think i should try anything . Thank you for reading
