Hacking too prevalent?

Hey guys. I was not sure where else to post this however I refused to post it in the main Subreddit. I believe that Subreddit is... weird to say the least.

What, is going on, with hacking nowadays? Is it just me?

I play on EU PC. Currently M5 dropped from M3 the last few days and now my rank-down game was a very nice, enjoyable Eichenwalde game vs an Ashe, pocketed by Mercy and... Baptiste

Their acc was new. Of course it was. The reason I am posting this is because literally yesterday had a game vs an Ashe (main(?) and she was also, entirely obvious, for using wallhacks. This one was aimbotting. clear as day.

I guess since she had a weapon skin using competitive points yesterday might suggest that it was her main(?) account hence the slightly less obvious walls. It's funny cause I know it's the same person as their names were both, a woman's name, irrelevant, I know, I am just pointing that out to basically say this person is just freely doing what they want without consequences. As it looks like.
