Hair loss, leflunomide and perimenopause

Hi all! I've recently started leflunomide 20mg and can feel my scalp getting itchy and hair is already falling. I had a question for anyone else in perimenopause since that in itself can cause hair thinning. So my hair was pretty much decimated when I was on hydroxychloroquine and then methotrexate and even after a year of stopping, it never bounced back. I have a feeling it'll be the same on this new med. At this point in my life, should I just expect to never get my hair back to how it was before starting all these RA meds? Should I just accept fate and invest in a really good wig?

I'm on l methylfolate, collagen, biotin and a multivitamin. I'm also taking macca, cause why not. I was on leucovrin when taking methotrexate but it did absolutely nothing. I also took Nutrafol at some point and again, no results. Anything else I can do? I'm beyond frustrated.
