35 years old, laproscopy in March. Help me hope

Hi everyone,

I don't have a family. It's a long story, but they have all died. I fought to survive all these challenges in my life believing I'd have my own family one day only to find out I had endometriosis at me pre-conception OB appointment. Surgery in March found a 7cm endometrioma on my right ovary and multiple lesions mostly between my bladder and abdominal wall.

They removed a large amount of my right ovary. Surgeon says it can still produce eggs but it's so small now :( he said my left ovary is fine. My symptoms have improved greatly. My cycles are mostly regular now and I've done a decent job at tracking ovulation.

We have times the past 5 cycles perfectly and I'm still not pregnant yet and starting to lose my mind and having difficulty holding on to hope. Maybe I am not meant to have a family? I can't afford IVF and I'm considered geriatric. I tried really hard to be able to be financially stable for a child earlier than this, but life was hard on us and this was the best we could do.

So....I'm just looking for any hope and positivity. Success stories, insights, prayers, anything. I feel so isolated. Will I ever get my family?
