Outside Russia gifting

Hey all, I am living in UK

And It's getting harder and harder to find ways to send money/giftcards to a friend in Russia.

Found ozon

Which is a good platform to send gift cards and help my friend out, in a way that actually helps them.

but now seems most of websites (g2a, cdkeys etc) are out of stock

(I know my friend for the long time, they used to help me out with giftcards/money in the past, soo im returning favour in difficult time)

Soo question for both Russians and Outside of Russia people

Any way to get ozon gift cards easier with UK bank/card ?

Any other suggestions of money transfer that doesn't require hoops and jumps all over unreliable 3rd party resellers
