Seniors Need Some Guidance

I just Graduated from one of tier 1 undergrad college but wasn't able to secure a campus placement.
after many cold mails and LinkedIn approaches I received these 3 offers: -
Godrej Properties (Finance Department) (45K) - Intern for 6th month then chance of PPO in Bengaluru
A cosmetic startup I did internship with offered me founders office role with salary of 50k per month, but role is in Chandigarh
Another venture capital is offering me 45k for role of new venture associate in Delhi

I scored 98%ile during my last attempt in CAT and preparing sincerely for this year and I want to build a long-term career in marketing, or brand solution.
What should I do?
