Looking for the best budget e bike

Hello! Ive been doing a lot of research to get the best possible bike for 1500$ under, I really wanna have fun on it so as fast as possible for that price, needs to have pedals, and needs to look legal... To be honest does it matter if it's past the 750w if it looks legal enough

And most importantly it needs to last as long as possible

Based on what ai and tik tok has told me, ive found a few bikes in looking at

Qlife spark

Jaison patrol 52 (doesn't really look legal)

Gt73 pro (again doesn't really look legal)

Ridstar q20 (heard bad things)

Mac fox (a lil too slow)

Melood dk300 pro

I really don't plan on doing much, I don't think ill ever learn to wheelie although I'd love to, I will be riding on streets and I'd like to go to ride outs so the look matters to me

If you have any suggestion on different bikes, or know something I don't about these bikes. Please tell me.
