SBI phonepe cashback point issue

Hello guys,

I got my phonepe select black sbi card a few weeks ago. I made utility payments for airtel internet and electricity bill through phonepe with my same rupay card. I added my utility accounts to phonepe then I fetched my bills through phonepe and paid with this card they also added 2.1% of fees as well 10 days ago.

however, no cashback points received till date. Anyone else faced this issue too?

if yes, how to rectify?
