2012 Kia forte stopped running?

I went over a small stump in my yard on accident. Suddenly the car stopped running and every single light came on. Check engine, oil light, tire pressure, battery light, etc. and she stopped running. Once pushed to a flat spot what I see and feel is like a long strip of plastic with wires coming out of it most of which are still attached to the underside of the car. Please any ideas on what it is or how to fix it?
