Nail salon/nail tech recommendations ?

Looking to get a nice mani/pedi for a wedding this weekend but I am a nail biter and I might need to get acrylics done for my fingernails in order for them to look nice. Not looking to break the bank on anything fancy but willing to pay for good quality/consistency. Places that give a good foot massages are a plus since I work on my feet.
