Can you reroll in this game?

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I’ve found conflicting information. Is it possible to reroll in the game? I’m currently using a guest account, but it says account deletion takes 7 days, so I assume rerolling isn’t really possible. Also, is there an official Discord server where I can find guides and advice?
