Mini 4k damaged, what to expect

Hi,

I recently bought the Mini 4k and loved it for my first 6 short flights. However, I wanted to turn left, but I moved left and hit a branch. The drone fell about 30 feet and one fo the arms cracked when it crashed to the ground. I have mailed it to DJI. If anyone has had any experince with this process, will they repair it or replace it and how much should I expect to pay? How long might it take to get back? I did not have any type or crash insurance or coverage on it. Thanks.
