Would you swim in a shared pool at a nature rental? (Owner dilemma)

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some honest feedback from travelers and renters here.

I am building 4 small A-frame houses near the river. The river scenery is incredible, but the water itself is famously freezing cold and has a very fast current, making it unsafe/uncomfortable for a casual swim.

To fix this, I am planning to build a big 8x6 meter pool (approx. 26x20 feet) right in the middle of the property as a central amenity. Besides this there will be 3 showers for guests to rinse off before entering.

Because the 4 houses will accommodate different guests from all over the world, my main worry is hygiene and privacy. I’m anxious that people won't want to use it because it's shared with other households.

If I promise that I have professional filters running daily and that I personally maintain, test, and clean the pool every single morning so the water is always crystal clear, would you use it? Or does sharing a pool with a few other international travelers put you off?

Would love to hear your thoughts on whether this is a major selling point or a waste of money. Thanks!
