How do you get over shame for feeling sexual towards a woman?

I have always tried to focus only on the male part of my attractions and suppressed the other part because I was ashamed because sexually I feel way more for women than men, even though rarely I also can feel for a guy sexually, mostly in media and because I can have crushes on men both media and irl.

But I kind of feel ashamed of it . So if you felt like this how did you get over it?

I really kind of just want to focus on women now but I am just so ashamed.
I am trying to get an appointment at a lgbt therapist but she hasn’t returned my email yet.
So if any of you have some tips to how you got over it . Btw I feel nothing about other women being sexual with women, it is just me feeling sexual feelings for women.
