Flange sizing rec/question

Ok so im 11 weeks pp and have been pumping with spectra. The LC in the hospital rec’d size 16 for one size and 14 for another and I never questioned it, bought the sizes and got good output.

Just purchased the eufy s1 pro for going back to work and did the nipple sizing chart and it’s saying for size 14 to buy 17 and 16 to buy 19 size inserts. I already have 16 and 14 inserts. Should I purchase 17 and 19?? Or if 16 and 14 have been working it’s fine? Is this because it’s a wearable?

I’m so confused. Any advice would be so helpful!
