Searching for perfect period underwear: no pfas, no pinching muffin top or butt

Background: I bought thinx period panties years ago and they have held up well but I think they have pfas in them. I got the hip huggers and the top band has great stretch, so no muffin top. There is an underwear line but the real reason I don’t want to buy thinx again is because the pfas.

I’m looking at Saalt and modibodi which are both pricey but seem to be free of pfas. A lot of brands seem to pinch the waist, even of skinny models. I have a light period, hence, why I prefer underwear. So anything that can handle 1-3 tampons in a day would be sufficient for me.

Do y’all recommend the Hi waist sensual modibodi or the saalt hank panky line? Those seem like my best bet. Any advice on sizing? Returns seem to also be a hassle with these companies.
