How to look groomed with a face which people might pity seeing it?

How to look groomed with a face which people might pity seeing it?

My face shape is different and face is very small and round, it looks weird as well, how can I look presentable, I'm not fat. The first thing that strikes me when outside is that what will someone think looking at my face.
