Thoughts on using 3 years old luxury expired makeup

I was wondering if anyone still using their old luxury high end makeup products from 3 years above and experiencing the rough skin, small pumps around the cheeks and face, sometimes the stye under your eyelids? Or is it just because of the old cleaned brush?
Is there anyone also allergic to cbeauty formulated eyeshadow since I haven’t never heard of that before. I started using my new joccyee eyeshadow palette because of the color scheme ( wooden pink) and I applied the shade “walnut” onto my eyelids. Evening pass by, as soon as I took my makeup off, there was stye forming. I used clean brush, and a brand new eyeshadow palette I just got a couple days ago.

;-; any signs of what might cause this stye and small white head pumps and sth that potentially could be the culprit that make the skin so rough?
