What note taking/ planning app do you like best?

Hey everyone, Im currently fighting ADHD paralysis over this note taking app on my iPad. Im using Notability and trying to find a way to centralize my 6 paper notebooks into my iPad. I’ve got Notability but all of the templates for a planner are so feminine and I want something more structured and better for a clean look that’s not so distracting. What do you all use?
