VISA TN + changed employer (I 797 approved )

I have a TN visa and I changed employers through USCIS (I-129/I-797A approved). My visa stamp still shows my previous employer. Can I travel internationally and re-enter the US with this visa, or do I need a new one with my current employer’s name?
