Is Crimson Desert worth it?

Hello everyone, I came here to ask about Crimson Desert and what y think about it. I’ve heard some people say its great and others say it’s a bad game and just hate it, so I wanted to get other reviews, especially since Instagram is just full of glazing the game without, addressing its issues.

From what I understand the story is pretty bad according to everyone, I feel like I could look past that since I’m playing Elden Ring at the same time, so I’ve got story made up for.

From the looks of it, the game kinda looks like Tears of The Kingdom ( I’ve never played it, just an observation ) and the gameplay looks great and I’ve heard is a positive, and the overall technologically advanced medieval time looks cool.

Im also wondering how performance is on Xbox series x and ps5, I’ve seen some recent posts saying it’s not been great but wanted to double check with yall.

Ive heard the game is great after 10 hours, and also that the game is the worst game ever, but it looks cool I’m interested in trying, but I don’t want to waste my money.
