ongoing diarrhea and vomiting in toddler

Hi all, looking for anyone else who has experienced this with their little one and any thing supportive or that you could help me with.

About three weeks ago me, my four-year-old son, and my two year-old daughter all got a stomach bug. We were all vomiting and had diarrhea. My two-year-old daughter, is still having the symptoms. All of her bowel movements have been diarrhea, and she is still vomiting at night and complains of belly, pain here and there.

I took her to the Children’s Hospital and she had an extensive medical workup. Several ultrasounds to check her intestines and appendix, two x-rays, a CT scan of her head, a UTI test, a stool study, blood work, celiac test. Everything came back fine. The x-ray showed gas and the ultrasound showed some lymph nodes in her intestines, but the doctors said that would be expected with fighting a virus.

So they diagnosed her with post enteritis syndrome. She has been taking a probiotic in the morning, and Pepcid before bed. It seems like the diarrhea is slowing down a bit, but I have been an anxious mess dealing with this. Has anyone else ever dealt with this before? All of the doctors I have talked to assured me that they have tested for anything serious and that this is just her body taking longer to kick the same bug my son and I had. Is there anything else I should be doing? I have been giving her bland food. I will also add that she has not had a fever throughout all of this. Thank you all so much.
