I think I know why set 17 feels weird

To me it’s just that the strength is not where you expect it to be:
- verticals are not very strong and cap early (6-7)
- 4 costs were weak for a long time
- 4 cost three stars are weak
- prismatic are weak (meeple prisma losing to the groove lol)
- artifacts are meh

And some units/combo were busted: ornn/samira, gnar reroll, lots of 1-2 cost rerolls.
Then PEEBA came back.

The set just feels all over the place and it’s hard to appreciate its “flow”.
