Achieved my grades but they haven't changed it to unconditional

For context im a resit student. I got an offer for MORSE bsc and I sent my IB grades to them pre-results, so they might have gotten it on 7th july. I met my conditional as well however they're not changing it to unconditional offer. Everyone else has received it so I'm lowkey tweaking. What should I do? I've mailed them on 7th and 10th and they haven't replied.
