Contract £40hr vs PAYE £66.5k

I have a really good job opportunity in the right industry for me, but they can only offer outside IR35 £40/hr.

I currently have a £66.5k PAYE job with standard benefits. A few friends say I’ll be around £1k per month better off once tax and other deductions are considered.

Can anyone give a ballpark for take home pay at £40/hr, 40hrs per week?

The commute is longer but I’m ready to jump at the right job. Any help is appreciated
