1950s movie about young men who find a stash

I saw this a long time ago on TCM, I believe jt was when they had the guest presenters. I can't remember who the presenter was that night. The movie was, I believe, from the 1950s. There were 3 or 4 older teenaged boys. One of them finds a bag (like a briefcase or maybe bowling ball bag) in a junk shop and it ends up having a stash of heroin in it (or some other drug, I can't remember). The owners of the drugs come looking for it. That's about all I can remember. Thanks for any help!
