Question

I work in horticulture in professional setting l am a male l want to know what best thing is to wear to stop sweat dripping down my back as l hate the sensation of it and don't like tshirts sticking to me l will soon no longer get away with not wearing uniform and one thing l hate is sweat patchs showing l don't want wear a vest under a tshirt as its just going to make me hot any recommendations l already wear nike dri fit tops but l ant going get away with it for much longer so need come up with idea to work around this

Would it be acceptable for a man to wear a skort instead of shorts on hot day are they cooler and breathable l work in a very hot humid climate l am just curious l wouldn't wear one as l wouldn't want to get judged or looked at
