My ex called me today

I got call from my ex to give you a little context that realtionship was abusive he assaulted me that realtionship made me suicidal

I thought i blocked him but I got a sudden call from him today and my stomach just started painting like a knot my heart started racing fast and I felt like someone dropped me

Idk why I'm experiencing these physical symptoms i thought I was over this

I really need help what should I do
