Which flight schools in Canada help international students get a job after graduation to build flight hours?

Hi everyone,

I'm an international student planning to start flight training in Canada in January 2027. After I graduate with my CPL, I want to find a school that can actually help me get a job so I can start building flight hours in Canada.

I'm not asking for a guarantee, but I want to know which schools are known to hire their own graduates as instructors or have good pathways for international students to get work after graduation.
