struggling with long term learning

hi! august 2026 taker here. i’ve gone through nursing school quite well kasi i think i have a good short term memory. pero after the quiz or exam, it feels like my brain automatically throws away what i’ve learnt. i’m having a hard time retaining the things i’ve learnt for pnle and wanted to ask if you guys have any tips especially on learning pharmaco and how your learnings stay even after weeks? 🥹🥹
