Login issues

For the past month I've been unable to login to the AMC app I'm logged in on the Web site but every time I try to login on the app it says my info is wrong it's not and the gaslighting from AMC is making me want to throw my phone at a wall I've reset the password multiple times and uninstalled the reinstalled the app nothing works. When I try to do a password reset from the app it never sends an email ( yes my email is correct) I'm at a loss here. Has anyone ran into this problem or know how to fix?
