Where should i apply

I am a rising senior. I want to go into engineering, aerospace, or mechanical engineering. My dream school right now is CU Boulder, but I also want to know what other schools would be good for me and where to apply. I have a 31 ACT, 3.9 GPA, Multiple AP and Honors Courses, French student for soon-to-be 4 years. I am a varsity starter on my school's men's lacrosse team. I got top 50 in nationals for our school's rocketry club, and I am a part of the aviation club. Taken multiple engineering courses and done an MIT and Nat Geo summer robotics camp, and an aerospace summer camp at CU Boulder. I work at a restaurant. I'm out of state for Colorado, and I'm Indian. What can I do to boost my application? What schools would be better for me or smth. idk i just need some advice.
