What is the best way to shuffle?

I have a playlist with 66 hours worth of songs. (Bonus Q: is there a way to see how many songs there are?)

I shuffle it at work and i mean I so far haven’t had a major issue, it does seem random, but I do know I hear some songs a lot. I came to find that there are diffwrent ways to shuffle. Which one is the best? That will get you songs you rarely hear put forth?
