WiFi ALWAYS RANDOMLY DISCONNECTING!!

Title says it all. For a while, my PC couldn't connect to 5g until I changed a setting on my PC. I have it set that my WiFi preference is 5g, and I have clicked FORGET for all other networks (so it's can't possible try and reconnect to another wifi).

The wifi works perfectly fine and fast when connected (onviously), but whenever I'm gaming, at random hours my wifi just suddenly disconnects then reconnects, then stays normal for a few hours, ghe repeata the process. As you can imagine, this is INCREDIBLY frustrating!

All of my PC hardware and software and drivers are always 100% up to date.

I don't know what else this could be, any and all help will be MUCH appreciated 🙏

P.S. This is the network adaptors my PC has (if anyone will even need this info)
