After months of work The Swamp Rises - A Florida Submod Update 1.3 Eye of the Hurricane is ready and out now!

This update completely changes the Florida Experience.

* First and most importantly the Focus Tree was completely overhauled, adding more focuses for all Pre-existing Path's focus trees, a Battle For Florida Focus Tree, a Military Tee, and Economy Tree, and a 2ACW Diplomacy Tree
* Next, FIVE news paths have been added
   * An Authoritarian Ron DeSantis path has been added.
      * With the fall of the United States and Donald Trump's betrayal, as well as the infighting in his High Command, the indecisive Governor has to take action, declaring Martial Law and setting Florida on a collision course with his former Ally no matter the cost.
   * The American Cromwell
      * With Florida in Flames, Commissioner of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Mark Glass, blames the incompetence of Ron DeSantis and the Florida Legislature. There is no other option than to take the law into his own hands, and make Florida truly a Law and Order State.
   * Cr1TiKaL Coup
      * Militia General, Charlie MoistCr1TiKaL White Jr. has seen his state go down the path of authoritarianism. Mark Glass' coup against the real Government of Florida has pushed him to the point of action. Counter-Couping is the only Path to bring Floridian Democracy Back, and lead the state to victory in the Second American Civil War
   * The Citizen Soldiers
      * Disloyalty to DeSantis' disastrous plans and goals to reunite America in opposition to both Denver and Washington have led to a Coup by Commander Eifert and the National Guard to bring the State back in line with the real Federal Unifiers
   * An Odd Path
      * DeSantis must make choices to lead Florida, so he relies on his "Mind" to make them, however things will get out of hand if left unchecked. This path is similar to Caligula and Carnage, but less killpeopleism. This secret path is the hardest to find, complete, and stomach.
* TWO (Three) Postwar Trees have been added
   * MoistCr1TiKaL Victory
   * Democratic DeSantis Victory
   * Short Secret DeSantis "Victory"
* Fully Compatible with Flags Unfurled. Have it always be up in the air who wins Florida by having Base TFR's Atomwaffen, TSR's Florida, and FU's United Nations battle it out
* The TSR Music Addon has been integrated and more Music has been added with more to come.
* So much more has been added in the biggest update to the mod aside from the actual release!
