Any tips for cleaning my dryer to rid it of trigger?

My newish laundry soap is now high on the suspect list for triggering reactions. Has anyone dealt with this and cleaning their laundry machines? The washer washes itself...but the dryer? Any helpful ideas?

I am disabled so getting my body in there to surface clean it would be very difficult and probably not thorough...and I'm not trying to have another outbreak by getting too close 🤔
