how can I improve?

started investing a few years ago by just picking random stocks and losing money, last year I just started buying XLG every 2 weeks and turned it around.

I do have a wealthsimple managed account that has about 40k in it that is up 33% all time.

I started reading this sub and noticed lots of love for XEQT and started putting in that instead of solely just XLG.

any recommendations on what I can do to improve.

37M here and putting in about 500-600 monthly into my TFSA
